A Virtual Support Group for Parents and Caregivers
Are you a parent on the struggle bus?
Do you have a kiddo that has big reactions or high sensitivities?
Are you dealing with meltdowns or trying to find the right resources?
This is the group for you!
Join a group of likeminded caregivers, find resources, commiserate,
find solutions, and receive validation in this VIRTUAL support group.

We love our kiddos and we need a space to connect, feel heard and
seen, and process through what we are dealing with in an exhausting world!
Who should attend this group?
Anyone struggling with the difficult task of parenting, but especially:
foster parents,
adoptive parents,
neurodiverse parents,
LGBTQIA+ parents
parents with marginalized identities
parents of neurodiverse kiddos
parents of kiddos with special needs,
parents of kiddos with past trauma,
parents of LGBTQIA+ kiddos
And any or all combinations (or none) of the above
Led by Jessica Renard, LAPC
Adoptive parent, adopted a 13 year old,
neurodivergent, LGBTQIA kiddo, also neurodivergent (ADHD & Autism).
How will we meet?
The group will meet by secure telehealth group link. The link will be provided to each registered attendee through Ensora (our Electronic Health Record).
You will be able to access the sessions (and your paperwork) through our Client Portal.
Time will be in EST and will be established once we have at least 3 people/families interested

Cost: Monthly rate reserves your space for weekly 1.5 hour (90 minute) group sessions (4 per month). You can drop in on all or catch them as you need/can. Space is limited to 15 registered attendees max.
Sliding scale - please estimate what you can afford based on your own assessment of your resources (we have no desire to be anyone's accountants). Suggested amounts are below:
$250 - "I am more than able to meet all of my needs and can help support others"
$200 - "I am more than able to meet all of my needs and can help support others"
$150 - "I am comfortably able to meet all of my needs"
$100 - "I am able to meet all of my basic needs"
$75 - "I may stress about meeting my basic needs but still regularly achieve them"
$50 - "I frequently stress about meeting basic needs and don't always achieve them"
