The StorieBrook Client Portal allows you to complete your paperwork, pay invoices, and message your clinician, all using a secure platform designed to protect your confidential information. This Client Portal is part of our electronic health record, TheraNest, which maintains client records urrent with the requirements of legal confidentiality in the era of telecommunications.

• Once we enter your contact information in the client portal you will receive an e-mail asking you to login.  Then you will be able to complete your initial paperwork, also send secure messages to your clinician, request appointments, and more. 

TheraNest is HIPAA compliant. All data is encrypted and stored securely using server infrastructures that are certified, ensure the highest physical security and guarantee a 99.9% uptime. You can read more at this link. These services are also HIPAA and SOC compliant, and have achieved achieved ISO 27001 certification and Level 1 service provider status  under the PCI DSS standards. All data in TheraNest are also encrypted using SSL in transit, and encrypted at rest.
