Interplay Introduction: De-stressing through StorieBrook Somatics 

Thursdays, 6-7pm, February 22nd, 29th & March 7th, 2024

You can attend single classes, or the whole series: ($25 per class, or $60 for the series).

Our very own Heather-Leigh, LMSW (she/her), as an Interplay leader-in-training, is excited to lead this small group series focusing on reclaiming our calm and increasing ease through movement and somatic birthright practice. Let’s move, thrive, and play through 2024!

All bodies are welcome, and no previous Interplay experience is necessary! These classes are spaces where all bodies are celebrated and fatphobia and body shaming will not be tolerated. Heather-Leigh celebrates teaching bodies with all levels of strength, mobility and access, and is excited to create and encourage adaptations as needed.
